Tummy Tuck Cost
Typically, at our clinic, a tummy tuck costs $9,000 ($8000 + $1000 for general anesthesia) plus tax. The total cost may vary based on your body and desired results, and whether you have any simultaneous procedures. In addition, clinic prices can vary based on factors such as the equipment they use, the clinic's accreditation, the surgical staff's skill levels, and the surgeon's experience.

Type of Tummy Tuck
Depending on the current state of your tummy, you will either undergo a mini tummy tuck, or a complete abdominoplasty. The more extensive surgery will take more time, which will likely equate to more anesthesia and medical supplies, thereby increasing the overall tummy tuck cost.
It can be both cost effective and easier on your body to have more than one procedure performed during the same surgery. This usually results in a lower overall cost because you’re only paying for anesthesia once, as well as the surgical equipment and supplies needed.
For example, many people decide to have liposuction to contour and reduce areas such as the lower back or the love handles to better complement the new look the tummy tuck will provide. Usually, liposuction costs $3,500 plus tax, per area.
Some hospitals or clinics may allow you to stay overnight for additional monitoring. This will increase your cost as it will require staff to be on duty throughout the night, and you’ll be using the clinic’s facilities and amenities.
If for whatever reason you’re unable to stay with a friend or loved one after your tummy tuck, you will need to hire a professional medical assistant to look after you for at least 24 hours after surgery. This cost will vary by agency, and by experience level of the assistant you hire.
All surgery results in at least minimal scarring. It’s unavoidable. But for an additional cost, you can undergo treatment to help minimize and fade your tummy tuck scars.
