E-Store Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping
We ship your order with UPS or other courier if necessary. A flat shipping rate of is applied to all orders.
As soon as payment has been processed, your order will be shipped on the same or next day if it's a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays), or the nearest business day as long as we have all your ordered items in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and let you know when your purchase will be shipped.
Most items are back in stock in 2-3 business days.
To protect the safety of our customers, a temporary hold will be placed on orders of 25 items or more so that the credit card information provided can be verified before processing payment.
Return Instructions
For hygenic and safety reasons, all returns must still be sealed and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns or offer a refund if the purchase has been opened, unless it is a manufacturing defect.

The item must be postmarked for return within 48 hours of receiving it from us. If possible, the original shipping box and packing materials should be used to protect the contents. Postage must be covered by the customer.
