Toronto Cosmetic Clinic's Labioplasty Expert Appears on CBC Talk Show

Toronto, Ontario April 2, 2007 -- Labioplasty expert and registered nurse at Toronto Cosmetic Clinic, Lori Pollock, appeared on CBC's the Gill Deacon Show on Tuesday, March 20, 2007.
The episode, entitled "Designer Vaginas", included a discussion on labioplasty and the increasing number of women undergoing cosmetic surgery to enhance the aesthetic appearance of their genital area. A patient consultant and head of injectable filler procedures at Toronto Cosmetic Clinic, Lori Pollock was a guest on the show featuring the procedure, also known as labial reduction and labia beautification. A patient who underwent the procedure at Toronto Cosmetic Clinic also appeared to speak about her experience.
Labioplasty is a surgical alteration of the labia, involving a reduction of the labia majora and labia minora. It is designed to improve the appearance of a woman's genitalia by eliminating or reducing hanging excess skin resulting from childbirth, increasing age, or trauma that has occurred to the area. It is one of the most popular procedures performed on women by cosmetic surgeons at Toronto Cosmetic Clinic.
