A nose job without surgery

Don’t want to undergo surgery to achieve that nose you’ve always dreamed of? No problem.
Toronto Cosmetic Clinic offers nose jobs without the surgery. Instead, we use injectable fillers to alter the contour of your nose. Though results aren’t permanent, they do last long and don’t pose nearly as many side effects as invasive surgery does. Non-surgical nose jobs are typically performed with Juvederm.

Could you please advise of cost/estimate for this procedure?
March 26th, 2008 at 5:21 pm
Hi Sara,
Thank you for the enquiry.
Juvederm injections are priced depending on the extent of correction desired. Generally, you are looking at the hundreds of dollars for each treatment.
For a more accurate price, please contact us at 416-221-5554 to book your complimentary consultation with our injectable fillers specialist.
May 2nd, 2008 at 4:08 am
how many treatments are required? And is there any side effects or visible marks after?
May 2nd, 2008 at 12:53 pm
Hi Keri,
Thank you for your question.
The number of treatments required really depends on the extent of correction you require. For this reason, we recommend booking a complimentary consultation with our injectable fillers specialist. She’ll be able to assess your situation and give you a better estimate.
Because the procedure requires an injectable filler, typical side effects include those associated with injections – temporary swelling and discomfort. We have a professional makeup artist on staff who can help you cover any visible signs with makeup.

i was wondering what is the difference between the Juvederm and Radiesse that some doctor choose to use for non-surgical procedure. And what is the pain level of this procedure?
June 17th, 2008 at 3:37 pm
Hi Chloe,
Thank you for your interest in Toronto Cosmetic Clinic.
We prefer to use Juvederm here at the Toronto Cosmetic Clinic, as it is all natural and has longer lasting results.
I would suggest coming into the clinic to discuss your questions and concerns with our consultant Lori Pollock.
Our clinic offers free consultation.
To book an appointment you can contact the office at 1-888-LIPO-888 or 416-221-5554.
Thank you

July 14th, 2008 at 7:14 pm
i was wondering, can u take buldges off ends of noses…
July 25th, 2008 at 2:27 pm
Hi Emma,
Thank you for your enquiry.
It really depends on the overall structure of your nose and how injectable fillers can help modify its appearance.
The best thing to do is to call us to book your complimentary consultation with our patient consultant. They’ll be able to take a look at your nose in person and discuss what you’d like to change. Consultations are available from Tuesday to Saturday, 9.30-6.30. Call us at 416-221-5554.
October 14th, 2008 at 8:58 pm
Hello. My nose i always hated as a child. I always wanted a pointy nose. My current nose has a round tip. Is it possible to make it look more pointy? Thank you
October 15th, 2008 at 12:24 pm
Hi Liza,
Thank you for your question.
Changing the tip of the nose is one of the most common problems corrected with a surgical nose job. It may not be corrected with injectable fillers, however it’s best to see our patient consultant so that they can let you know either way.
Just call us at 416-221-5554 to book your free appointment!
October 16th, 2008 at 3:52 pm
My nose is quite flat. Will the injectable filler be able to build a more prominent looking bridge? Also after the filler is injected will it have any effect on the nostril shape at all (however minuscule) considering that the skin on the bridge of the nose would be stretched somewhat to build the bridge? Thank you.
October 25th, 2008 at 10:32 am
Hi Ann,
Thank you for sending us your question, and we apologize for not responding to you sooner.
Unfortunately without seeing your nose in person, it would be difficult to respond to your questions.
We recommend that you call us at 416-221-5554 to book your complimentary consultation with our patient consultant. They’ll be able to take a look at your nose in person and discuss what you’d like to change. Consultations are available from Tuesday to Saturday, 9.30-6.30.

Can this be used on an African-American nose? In order to make the tip more defined? Even more narrow?
January 20th, 2009 at 5:10 pm
Hi Chantelle,
Thank you for your email.
Juverderm has been used to achieve a more defined contour on African American, Asian, and Hispanic noses. However, it’s quite difficult to say if this can be done with Juverderm specifically for you without having a look at your nose in person. We recommend you call us to book your free consultation with out Juvederm specialist. She’s available from Tues to Sat, 9.30 – 6.30. You may call us at 416-221-5554.

Your nose may be altered using Juvederm or may require surgery.
January 25th, 2009 at 1:51 am
Hi,
Does the juvederm fillers remove bumps from the bridge of the nose?
Thanks
Danny
January 25th, 2009 at 12:49 pm
Hi Danny,
Thanks for your question.
Juvederm is usually used to fill out contours, so while it can’t actually remove the bump on your bridge, it could smooth out the contour. However, you’ll have to see our patient consultant to make sure if it’s suitable.
All initial consultations are free, and if the procedure is found to be suitable for your situation, you can get the treatment at the same time. Just call us at 416-221-5554 to book your consultation.
February 14th, 2009 at 8:33 pm
I’ve got an appointment at the end of the month and I am looking forward to the consultation. Glad to see a clinic finally taking advantage of this alternative to rhinoplasty. One question though – does this procedure help with the drooping of the nose as well?
February 15th, 2009 at 6:38 pm
Hi Hanif,
Thanks for booking your free consultation with us to find out more about the procedure you’re interested in.
It may correct drooping of the nose, but it really depends. Sometimes, injectable fillers can fill out contours to help the nose look less droopy, but in other cases it cannot. The patient consultant will let you know once she’s able to see you in person.
February 16th, 2009 at 10:35 am
I went in for this procedure and my surgeon informed me that they cannot inject into the tip of the nose, is this true? He also told me that he could not inject filler at the top of my nose for fear of messing the the forhead between my eyes. I’ve done alot of research adn it seems that in all the before photos people have larger humps and more problems than me.
February 16th, 2009 at 4:15 pm
Typically, how many syringes are required?
February 17th, 2009 at 6:23 pm
Hi Alicia,
Thanks for your question.
You’d have to see our patient consultant in person to get further details regarding this problem. To speak to her directly, please call 416-221-5554 to book your free appointment.
February 17th, 2009 at 6:24 pm
Hi Hanif,
Thanks for your question again.
Everyone is different when it comes to nonsurgical nose jobs, therefore we can’t give you a typical number. Sorry!
March 15th, 2009 at 11:59 pm
hi, i was just wondering what kind of career or job this is, that just performs injectible or very minor surgeries?
March 16th, 2009 at 11:40 am
Hi Melissa,
Thanks for your question.
A certified and qualified medical professional may perform these injectable fillers while minor surgery may be performed a qualified and certified physician.
April 9th, 2009 at 9:32 am
I live a few hours away so i dont want to come there for no reason, would it be possible for me to send a pic and get a estimate of how much the treatments would be around and how many treatments i would need?
April 11th, 2009 at 11:02 am
Hi Sara,
Although the estimate will be very rough, you may be able to do that. Simply send your picture to lori@tcclinic.com and include what you’d like to do. Our patient consultant can get back to you.
June 13th, 2009 at 11:51 am
I had this procedure done at the TCC with Juvederm in November 2006. It was injected to fill in the top of my nose so as to hide the bump…it worked quite well and i was very pleased with the results – can’t tell you how much it helped my self-esteem. I am due for a top up now, but it lasted about 2 1/2 years! The TCC is a very welcoming place and Lori Pollock is an excellent professional and an awesome individual – she was very caring and kind during my procedure. I’m looking forward to getting it done again…it’s so worth it!
June 13th, 2009 at 12:02 pm
Hi Angie,
Thank you so much! We try our best to achieve the results our clients want, and it’s always nice to hear positive feedback.
2.5 years is pretty long! The manufacturer of Juvederm says that results generally last up to a year, but every individual is different.
July 2nd, 2009 at 8:42 pm
hi, i booked a consultation already, but i was just wondering if i would have to come for another visit after to get the actual procedure done, or i can do it the same day.
July 3rd, 2009 at 9:51 am
Hi Leanna,
There’s a good chance you’ll have it done on the same day, depending on whether it is suitable for you.
August 27th, 2009 at 3:37 am
I was woundering are you the only cosmetic clinic in Canada that do these none-surgical nose jobs? If not do you know of any In Winnipeg?
August 27th, 2009 at 12:48 pm
Hi Matthew,
Sorry, we’re not sure where you could do that in Winnipeg. Perhaps you can do a search for injectable fillers specialists in your area?
Good luck!

December 18th, 2009 at 7:15 pm
Is there a minimum age you have to be to get this procedure done, as it is nonsurgical? Thanks.
December 28th, 2009 at 12:58 pm
Hi Jenna,
Nose surgery is recommended for people after their nose has developed – which is usually around 15-18 years old. That way, the results are longer lasting.
January 12th, 2010 at 7:38 pm
I’m 17, turning 18 in 4 months can i still get the procedure done?
January 12th, 2010 at 10:42 pm
Hi Kevin,
That depends on your health, situation and what you hope to achieve. To determine whether the procedure is appropriate for you, please book a free consultation with our patient consultant at 416-221-5554, and because you’re still a minor, a parent or guardian must accompany you for the consultation.
January 21st, 2010 at 5:20 pm

can this procedure help make it a little smaller?
January 26th, 2010 at 7:43 pm
Hi Zainab,
It may help, however you will have to see our patient consultant in person in order to determine whether this is suitable for you. The consultation is free, and there are no strings attached. You may call the clinic at 416-221-5554 to book your free consultation.

March 30th, 2010 at 8:54 pm
what are the possible side effects of these fillers for non-surgical nose job? do actual doctors perform this procedure?
April 1st, 2010 at 9:25 am
Hi Ella,
The possible side effects of this procedure are those related to injections and the product administered. Risks include swelling, bruising and bleeding. However, these are all considered temporary and should fade relatively quickly compared to what would occur following rhinoplasty. The nonsurgical nose job procedure is done by a doctor or registered nurse, both of whom are experienced and certified to administer injectable fillers. If you’d like more information, please call us at 416-221-5554.

- do u do it once and your good or i have to keap on coming back

April 3rd, 2010 at 10:44 am
Hi John,
Pricing depends on the problem and extent of correction. You may need one or syringes (each syringe is about $550) to achieve the desirable results. The best thing to do is to contact us to book your free consultation to determine exact pricing, and the type of filler that’s best for you. Please call us at 416-221-5554. Consultations are from Tuesday to Saturday, 9-6.30 and you may be able to undergo the procedure immediately following if there is availability. It takes an average of 30 minutes. Because it is an injectable filler, results are normally temporary but will increase in longevity with repeated treatments. We recommend you wait until your nose has fully developed (generally about 17 years old).
May 9th, 2010 at 8:22 am
Hi, I’m a 16 year old of asian ethnicity. I’ve had a relatively flat nose since I was a child, and the tip is wide and kind of rounded. I wish to achieve a straighter larger bridge with a slightly pointy tip. How many syringes do you estimate that I need? Also, how much does the procedure cost?
May 13th, 2010 at 1:26 pm
Hi Erica,
One syring is $550, however the number of syringes required to correct your problem really depends. Please call 416-221-5554 to book your free consultation with our injectable fillers specialist.
May 17th, 2010 at 6:01 pm
Hello, I’m a 16 yr old female. and the holes in my nose are small. and i have a typical “indian” nose. which means it hangs downward. and its slightly twisted. however, then i push the bottom of my nose upwards i can suddenly breath better. So i think if i get my nose to be striaght and pointy not only would i be able to breathe better, but it would look better
what would you recommend?
May 20th, 2010 at 1:30 pm
Hi Fatima,
You could benefit from cosmetic alteration of your nose. If you’d like to know what exactly could help you, please call us at 416-221-5554 to book your free consultation. There are no strings attached – it’s just a private consultation with a patient consultant who can help you figure out the best treatment.

I’ve searched through your website but was unable to find this “nonsurgical nose job” as a procedure option. Do you still offer this non-surgical procedure?
May 24th, 2010 at 2:18 pm
Hi Krissy,
We do offer it, though we don’t have a page devoted to the topic. You would probably find more information regarding nonsurgical nose jobs on our injectable fillers page. http://www.tcclinic.com/injectablefillers-toronto.php
