    I receive regular Botox/ Juvederm treatments from Medical Rejuvenation Centre in Vancouver. I just booked my next Botox appointment for Oct. 24th.

    The receptionist suggested I contact you regarding a rebate currently offered by New Expressions for Botox injections. Could you kindly tell me how I can obtain a rebate coupon for Botox?

    Thank you for your question.

    In the post above, New Expressions is linked to their website. You may also access it from here

    Simply follow their instructions to get your rebate. Unfortunately, I believe their rebate has now dropped to $50. During your injection, you most likely received a brochure that has a registration number on it. Just insert this number into the area under “New Users”. This $50 rebate can be applied toward Juvederm.

    Hi, I to was told that I will get a rebate by entering my No. on the site – I did so but did not get a print out – so I could take it with me to the next appt.
    this is what I was told in the last appt. I will need.

    Please inform if I did something incorrect.

    The printout may be required to provide proof. The New Expressions terms and conditions state:

    In order to redeem THE OFFER, Members must print out the official coupon and bring it with them for their JuvédermTM treatment.

    If a printout was not received, then you may not be able to take advantage of the offer. We recommend you contact New Expressions (allergan) directly to see if they can send you a printout instead.

    Please contact New Expressions (Allergan) directly to help you with your problem. It may be a problem with the site or a problem withe number you’ve entered.

    I applied to newexpressions.ca for my $50. rebate for Juvederm. I just got a new email address and forgot it was .net and not .com, so therefore they would be unable to send the coupon to me. Could you help me straighten this out. The site will not recognize my proper email because it shows my card number has been used as I put it in with the wrong address. I know it’s my silly, but I sure would appreciate your help.

    Hi Bobbie,

    Unfortunately, we have no way of correcting this problem. You’ll have to contact Juvederm, and more specifically Allergan Inc., directly to have this fixed. We aren’t really sure who to contact regarding membership problems, however you can try finding contact information on the new expressions website. The next time you come in for an injection, you may also speak to the medical professional performing the treatment. They might be able to help.
