Fatty Goodness

Some scientists believe that a healthy dose of omega-3 fatty acids can help fight against breast cancer with its anti-oxidant properties. But because these good fats aren’t produced by the body, we need to get them through the stuff we eat. The best sources are walnuts, flax and oily fish that live in cold water. Fish, like wild sockeye salmon, tuna and sardines, have oils distributed throughout their body, rather than just in the liver.
