Smoking, overall, is terrible for you. It constricts smaller blood vessels, preventing the healthy circulation of nutrients and oxygen to the skin. It increases the risk of lung cancer. It gives you bad breath. It has been blamed for the cause of many cardiovascular diseases. All that, and there’s still something good about it?
Well, apparently some scientists believe that smoking cigarettes helps to lose weight. While this may not be true for people, it was shown in laboratory research that mice exposed to cigarettes lost weight by affecting the body’s metabolism and how fat was stored.

So, it’s up to you. Get bad skin, hinder your circulation, and increase your chances of getting cancer and cardiovascular disease or try something else!
