Have you ever heard of Sarah Burge? She’s 49 years old and has been declared a cosmetic surgery phenomenon. Also known as the Real Life Barbie, Ms. Burge has spent over $250,000 (and counting!) on a variety of cosmetic surgical treatments in her lifetime.  She’s undergone more than 100 surgical and nonsurgical procedures from head to toe, including 2 facelifts, placement of facial implants, liposuction on her chin, neck, jawline, hips, and thighs, upper eye lift, tummy tuck, breast lift, nose job, and a number of laser based treatments to improve the skin and diminish wrinkles. She also receives injectables and chemical peels on a routine basis.

With 2 kids, Ms. Burge is a former Playboy Bunny. Her first ever cosmetic surgical procedure was otoplasty to get her ears pinned back.
