29-year-old Lisa Connell wants to look (kind of) like Demi Moore, so much so that she is spending a reported $51,000 on cosmetic surgery.

Diagnosed with terminal cancer (meningioma) at 27 years old, Ms. Connell will be undergoing a number of cosmetic surgical procedures to transform her into a woman she believes is the epitome of beauty. She’ll be having liposuction, breast augmentation, a brow lift and treatments for the skin and teeth.

Apparently, Demi Moore sent a message on social messaging utility Twitter  saying, “Wish I could contact this woman Lisa Connell who wants to have surgery to look like me and encourage her to not to! She is a beautiful girl!”

Chances are, Ms. Connell won’t be changing her mind despite this comment. News reports have quoted her saying,  “I want to die beautiful, so this is my way of taking back control of my body…People think I’m crazy for doing this, but I know it will make my last months or years happier.”
