John, 47 years old, admitted recently that he got liposuction in the abdomen area to get rid of a stubborn bulge that wouldn’t go away with situps. In an interview with entertainment news show Extra, the star says, ““I went the liposuction route a couple years ago…I did 1000 sit-ups and nothing was happening.”
Singer and actress, Cher, admits to paying hundreds of thousands of dollars on cosmetic surgery to improve her appearance and keep her celebrity status. At 61 years old, she’s has undergone a number of procedures in an industry that stresses the importance of physical appearance. Among the cosmetic surgical procedures she’s admitted to having, breast augmentation, a facelift, and cosmetic dentistry have been included.

Ashlee Simpson, pop singer and occasional actress, has publicly denied having had a nose job. Fortunately, the truth was finally revealed by her father, Joe Simpson, in an interview on Fox News a few weeks ago. He admitted that his daughter underwent rhinoplasty to reduce the prominence of her nose by smoothing out a bump on its bridge after feeling like the “ugly duckling” beside her older sister, singer/actress Jessica Simpson. Ashlee is 22 years old.
We wonder if her father will also admit that those rumors about her Botox injections are true!
Singer turned actress Vanessa Williams, star of Ugly Betty, has admitted to receiving Botox injections for her role on the show.

21 year old Heidi Montag, star of the hit reality television show, The Hills, and struggling singer has admitted to undergoing breast augmentation to increase her natural 32A size to a generous 32C.
Heidi opened up in a September issue of US weekly, telling the magazine that she underwent the cosmetic surgical procedure because of low self confidence relating to the size of her chest and being taunted and teased by others.
Have you heard the news about 43 year old Demi Moore? Apparently, she’s admitted to undergoing well over $200,000US in cosmetic enhancement treatments, improving herself from head to toe. Some reports say that it’s actually closer to $500,000. Aside from her obvious breast implants (which she proudly showed off in the movie Striptease), it looks like she also got a breast lift and liposuction on the lower parts of her body. Too bad she didn’t get the breast augmentation done at Toronto Cosmetic Clinic, because Dr. Yaz would have probably made them look more natural!
As for non-invasive procedures, she’s gotten chemical peels and injectable fillers.
