Hershey went to Brazil to undergo her last breast augmentation surgery. Opting for such large breast implants generally increases the risks of complications, which is probably why doctors in the States refused her request. She was admitted to the hospital for surgery early last week.

According to news reports, this is the first complication of the 30 cosmetic surgical procedures she’s had.

I would encourage anyone to first speak with a therapist, to try and figure out where this want comes from, because a lot of times it’s not related to your teeth or your nose or your chin, the surgery is not going to alleviate that insecurity for you. If, then, you feel, ‘This is something that I want to do,’ then do it. It’s amazing that we have the technology to do the stuff that we do.

Wise words, coming from one of the hottest actresses in Hollywood. Now, if only she would ‘fess up about her rumoured lip augmentation, rhinoplasty and breast augmentation. She’s never admitted to them (and actually vehemently denies the lip augmentation in the interview) but pictures of her from a while ago and now reveal a noticeable difference in those three areas. However, it looks like Katie may have to stop with the Botox. According to news reports, it sounds like Katie and her new husband, Alex Reid, are trying to have a baby. Although studies have concluded that Botox may or may not harm the fetus, the manufacturer, Allergan, highly recommends that patients err on the side of caution – which means that she’ll just have to do without. It could be for at least the next 9 months. And if the celebrity plans to breastfeed as well, then she may have to wait even longer. Allergan recommends that patients continue to wait until after breastfeeding.

We’re actually interested in seeing how she’ll look without regular Botox injections. It may not become immediately apparent, since it sounds like she’s been doing it for a while (generally, results last longer with routine treatments), but it’ll be interesting to see nonetheless!

Heidi Montag, who had breast augmentation, liposuction, injectable fillers and a number of other cosmetic surgical procedures done earlier this year, plans to lavish her mother with a Mommy Makeover. This may entail the following:

liposuction
tummy tuck
breast lift
breast augmentation
injectable fillers
surgical and/or nonsurgical facial contouring and rejuvenation
Botox

The exact procedures her mother, Darlene Egelhoff, would have done would be determined by what transformation she’d like to achieve. It’s usually a combination of body contouring procedures that reduce pockets of subcutaneous fat and tighten the skin to achieve a more youthful appearance. The face may also be rejuvenated by reducing wrinkles and lax skin.

Mom Darlene may not like her present, though, since she has allegedly disapproved of the cosmetic surgery her daughter has had. However, that may have been just about how many procedures Heidi had in one day.

We’ll see if Heidi’s mom accepts her present!

Not shocking, since she has already admitted to getting Botox a few years ago. Although she had a bad experience, it looks like she’s willing to try it again.

Remember how fresh she looked in the earlier years of Friends? Over a decade later, her face has certainly started to show the signs of aging. Ms. Aniston has lost that suppleness in her face, losing the fullness in the cheek area particularly…unless, of course, that was just weight related. Anyway, at 41 years old, she still looks gorgeous!

In a recent post on her blog, the actress/fitness queen/activist admitted to getting some work done on her face. After years of vowing never to undergo cosmetic surgery again (after having something done back in 2000), Jane wrote this in her post:

Bob Evans complimented me on my new, short haircut and I said, “Thanks. I just had some ‘work’ done on my chin and neck and had the bags taken away from under my eyes so I decided it would be good to get a new hair cut so people will think it’s my new hair.”

It’s been 2 weeks. I was in front of the camera all day yesterday and was photographed at Eve Ensler’s luncheon 9 days after the procedure so, obviously, it went well. I swore in 2000 I’d never have anything done again but this year I got tired of not looking like how I feel and I wanted a more refined chin line like I used to have so I changed my mind. I’m still a little swollen but not much and what pleases me is that I won’t looked pulled or weird…or tired all the time. And my crows feet are still alive and well. I wish I’d been brave enough to not do anything but, instead, I chose to be a somewhat more glamorous grandma.

So, that means she didn’t get anything done to the wrinkles at the outer corners of her eyes, but she did get an eyelift, chin lift and neck lift. In the photos on that entry, you can’t really tell the difference, yet, since there was still swelling. She was also wearing big sunglasses. We’re looking forward to seeing before and after photos once the swelling subsides!

Katie, journalist and anchor for CBS News, gave a nod to Botox in the March issue of Harpers Bazaar, saying, “I think if you want to do some tweaks here and there, there’s nothing wrong with that.” However, she continued to say that, “God has a wonderful way of making your eyes start to go as your face does,” implying that Botox to correct wrinkles from aging may not be necessary.

We wonder if she’s gotten anything done herself. Already in her mid 50s, Katie’s forehead looks pretty smooth, although her eyes do have telltale crinkles. Whatever she’s doing, it’s working – she and her thirtysomething boyfriend.seem pretty content with each other.

Less than a year after giving birth to 8 kids (and with a total of 14 under her belt), Nadya Suleman tipped the scales at 270 pounds. She’s now 150 pounds lighter and looks surprisingly fit in a skimpy bikini. With no traces of stretchmarks on her once enormous pregnant belly and her C-section scars hidden away, Ms. Suleman has stated that the only thing she did to get back into shape was exercise, diet and a great skincare regimen. Really?
