I’m thinking of getting breast implants but I’m not sure which type to go with. I want something that feels and looks natural, but is also safe!

While saline implants were the first choice of many women for years, the new wave of silicone implants have become quite popular. These new silicone implants are known as “cohesive gel” because of their consistency. If the shell ruptures by chance, cohesive gel implants do not leak into the body. They stay intact. This, coupled with the fact that they feel and appear more natural than saline implants, have made cohesive gel the most common type of implant used at TCC.
