Toronto Cosmetic Clinic has a long standing reputation as an innovator and leader in the Toronto cosmetic surgical field. Continuing with this tradition, we are honoured to welcome Dr. Freiberg. FRCS(C), FACS, as our Administrative Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery Consultant. In this capacity, Dr. Freiberg, an award winning Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, will work with us to help maintain and ensure the highest standards in regards to our clinical operations. This is part of a proactive approach that Toronto Cosmetic Clinic has decided to undertake in its regular efforts to maintain its pole position in the cosmetic and plastic surgery industry.

About Plastic Surgeon Dr. Freiberg, FRCS(C), FACS

In his extensive professional experience, Dr. Freiberg once held appointments as Chief Examiner and Examiner in Plastic Surgery at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He was the University of Toronto Plastic Surgery Representative for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario's Task Force for Guidelines for Cosmetic Surgery in Ontario and has served as an Instructor for Medical Record Keeping for Surgical Specialties at the College since 1997.

Dr. Freiberg graduated from the University of Toronto and has served as a Lecturer and Professor at a number of universities across Canada. As a professor, he has received several teaching awards including the "Arnis Freiberg Teaching Award" in the Division of Plastic Surgery, an award that was named after him. Dr. Freiberg remains a distinguished member of the university as Professor Emeritus in the Department of Surgery.

Dr. Freiberg continues to stay on the cusp of plastic surgery as a member of the Editorial Board of the Canadian Journal of Plastic Surgery and Reviewer for the Journal of Rheumatology. He is a senior member of several notable organizations including the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons (from which he was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2008), Canadian Aesthetic Society, and Atlantic Society of Plastic Surgery. He has been published in numerous peer reviewed publications and books.

Dr. Freiberg is a member of the Consulting Staff at the Unviersity Healh Network (Toronto Western Division) and the Trillium Health Centre. He is a Medical and Legal Expert in aesthetic surgery, facial trauma, breast surgery and hand surgery.
